I lost about 80 lbs and I had this problem, what worked for me was exfoliating in the shower daily and using Palmer's cocoa butter. The marks are still there but they are no where near as noticeable.

The only real remedy is plastic surgery.A very good vitamin e lotion and capsules helps to alleviate the severity but it cannot remove them completely.Do not buy a cheap synthetic vitamin e or 'nature like' product. You will be wasting your money.Make sure your vitamin e contains 4 tocopherol and 4 tocotrienol components. The most common vitamin e is alpha-tocopherol which is the most abundant, cheapest and easiest to produce synthetically.Steer clear.

Vitamin E oil or try Aveno Oatmeal Lotion. (i always mixed the two together) Those really helped me (during my pregnancy) and are inexpensive. There are other treatments out there, but nothing is guarunteed to work. They are really hard to prevent and get rid of. Coco Butter works, too.

try a mix of cocoa/shea butter................they both work...........remember, nothing is ever going to make them completely go away, but this is the best thing to use to make them fade to the point only u will know they're there........
