Depends on the man. Most men are visual, though, so anything visual is a good idea. Some men respond quite well to touch, too, but a visual stimulus is the best bet without actually knowing the man.

As a man, I feel I can answer this. Surprise him and show up in something very sexy, or maybe even just one of his favorite shirts, or a sports jersey.
