and it was one of the parents and im kind of like a duhhh person lol in a good way usually but he snapped a HORRIBLE picture and i hate it so bad and then at the band banquet he made a slideshow projection and started each day with that friggen picture (we spent 4 days in florida) hes making a cd of the slideshow for everyone who went and i really want that picture out... isnt there something against publishing a person's picture without a signature or SOMETHING? Annnnnnnything????? ugh what should i do :[[

Sounds awful, but i don't think there is much you can do. Hopefully there are also some good pics of you in the slideshow/cd. If not, I would suggest talking to him. Tell him that you don't want that to be the only way your friends remember you.

If you haven't asked the parent for it to be removed yet, do so now. If they try to laugh it off, express your seriousness about the matter. And yes, tell them to take another picture if they want to replace it.

That sucks and everything, but there really isn't anything you can do. Even if you do get revenge, the picture is still there. Plus, it's just a picture...
