Try charting your basal body temps--that will tell you more definantly that you are ovulating and give you more info. A good site is www.fertilityfriend.com and a GREAT book is Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Good luck!!

You ovulate 14 days before your period. If you have a 28 day cycle, you ovulate on day 14. If you have a 31 day cycle, you ovulate on day 17. Day 1 is the first day of your period. You want to start trying 3 days before you ovulate, up until the day after you ovulate, since this is your fertile time.
