though I would like to say otherwise a lot of friendships start with somone wanting to use you, often times for your money. though many more friendships are because of love then either of these factors.

Money or Power? For me it's emotional. Sure if a friend has the money and it's what you need they will give it. If they have the power, i.e. work, contacts, etc. I'm sure they would share them with you.
But, the qualities of a real good friend would be, at least for me. Trustworthy, you can tell them anything and it wouldn't go anywhere else, devotion, they would consider your feelings always, and love. A true friend is someone that is always by your side. Rich or poor, powerful or weak. That's all superficial stuff anyways. In the end you want a friend that is emotionally there for you. Someone who can handle the bad as well as the good.

Money and power ARE best friends (they usually go together).
But a person with money and power has no friends - they would have more enemies than a person without either.
People in need make true friends. Ever noticed how more poor couples stay together but rich get divorced?

Money and power can make friends, but neither can buy trust. Trust is usually essential in any friendship. So no, neither money nor power make best friends.

Neither brings true friends. A true friend wouldn't care either way and will be there for you when you are at your best or worst. Friends that are there only because you have either money or power, will leave you when you lose it.

Neither. True best friends are not influenced by $$$ and power.
And if they were, I dont believe they'd be worthy of an endearing friendship. Besides, they'd be too busy being powerful making money. :)

It could make people be interested in your money or power, and of course, they'll try to look like friends. But definitely, they won't be interested in your friendship.

Neither makes friends, money and power are only out for themselves, and they make very lonely bed partners.

none of the above. TRUE friends are those who don't need money or power to be there for you.
