Cover it with furniture with hidden wheels at the bottom. Whe you want to open the door, just slide the furniture away. Maybe a curio cabinet...

Well, you can get a large mirror and put it up there, providing its not a room where a mirror would not be appropriate.

You can, if you have a "theme" along the wall, continue on with it on the door, but remove the trim work and make it flush so that no one will see it...(best if you have wallpaper with straight designs or wild designs, so that no one will notice the lines).

Maybe some of those "square mirrors" they used to put on walls, but, you have to continue them past the door frame, and the door has to be solid, with no moulding for that one.

You can make a "faux" bookshelf, take some books and cut the back of the books off, about an inch or so, and make a fake book case out of trim wood, so it will give the look of dept...

I wish you well..

Build an enormous great stone fireplace, like out of an english castle, to replace the door. You have to pull the fake fire irons to activate the revolving system. Haven't you ever seen Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade? Watch out for nazis on the other side!
