How do I identify Rosenthal China? It is the Helena shape, made in Selb, Germany.?

The china was made in the 1940's, some of it is marked "western sector". It is cream-colored with a wide cobalt blue border with gold trim. There is a gold medallion in the center of each plate. The serving pieces are square or rectangular.

It must have EXACTLY this sign as shown here

Watch out, some Chinese company uses a logo that is quite similar, but not exactly like that.
