Bleeding during sex can be due to many things including cervical dysplasia, chlamydia, gonorrhea, vaginitis, cervical polyps, trichomoniasis, vaginal yeast infection, endometriosis, uterine polyps, and fibroid tumors. As far as the cramping this could be due to pregnancy. Testing is best when done at least two weeks after a missed period, and a blood test done by your doctor is the most accurate way of testing.

Physical examination! I know it suck's, but what's worse, seeing a doctor or a slow sickness that can lead to more severe problems. Chances are it's not that serious, but if you don't find out, you may regret for the rest of your life. Maby it's a miscarrage and that's why your pregency results come back negative.

Have you thought about going to the doctor rather than asking this question on yahoo. Just because you have never had any medical problems doesn't mean you do not have one. All you have to be is smart about yourself. No one else can be smart about yourself, only you can. If it hurts, and you cannot find any known cause, go to a doctor. At least it can calm your fears.
Good luck!

When you go to the doctor, get tested for high insulin and low blood sugar. If this is part of the problem, it could account for the cramps.
The blood during sex? Definitely ask the doctor.

When you wake up with cramps, instead of taking a pregnancy test try taking a poop. That should help.

It sounds like you have some kind of an infection. I would go to your gynecologist and have her check you out
