Best Action= God of War series/ Grand Theft Auto series
Best Fighting= as corny as it sounds... Dragon Ball Z Budokai series
Best Music game= Guitar Hero series
Best Shooter= Call of Duty series
Best Sports= Any EA sports game
i think i've covered all of the genres but i think Kingdom Hearts was the most memorable game for PS2
