Why would you want to? And if you really could have, then read everything you can get your hands on about pregnancy, side effects, and childbirth and then decide if you want to get pregnant. I would also recommend you to rent a documentary on actual labor and childbirth. If not the nine month of nurturing a child, strange cravings, sleepless nights, and swollen feet, then that film should really change your mind about thoughts like that. And why we women do it? Because of our nature and G-d given equipment, and most of all because we love our men. For pure entertainment purposes, you might rent a movie called the Junior (with DeVito and Arnold). And no, even with today's technology, a man's body is just not equipped to birth and nurture a child and I am sorry for that if that's truly is your wish. The closest you'll get to pregnant is following you partner's pregnancy day by day and be by her side during labor.

Well, it depends on how you look at the situation. For an example, if you had a wife and you just found out she was pregnant, some couples use the term, "We're pregnant" as in "we" are going to have a baby. But if that's not what you meant, then you need to see a psychiatrist.

Arnold Swartzenager in a movie got pregnant.

One day, perhaps, if someone cross-clone the genes between the genders, it might be possible.

Some animals and plants are bred that have both male and female genetic parts in their mix.

Even naturally found creatures have mixed sex.

So it is possible that one day, from some mixed up scientist in the lab somewhere, a man can become pregnant.

Today, if you are a man now, you cannot.

Yes.....

In the years since the first "test tube baby" was born in 1978, physicians and scientists from RYT Hospital have been working to develop a viable technique for the successful impregnation of male individuals. Mr. Lee Mingwei, the first human subject to attempt this procedure, which shows the healthy fetus developing in his abdominal cavity.

No, you cannot. There are some interesting websites that appear authentic that would support the issue, but they are a hoax. In order for a man to get pregnant, he would have to have a sex change operation, and he would no longer be a man.....
There are some really cool links that look real (but are not) :

No such hospital, no date on the Time magazine cover, etc. LOL !

How much money have you got?

If a woman can carry an ectopic pregnancy to term? (Pregnancy outside the womb and I believe only one successful birth).

If you have enough money and can find a doctor and surgeon willing to give it a go it is probably within the bounds of possibility but with a high risk to baby and the man.

If you are a REAL man and your wife/girlfriend/sex partner becomes pregnant, then you too are pregnant and responsible for the care of your child for life.
Otherwise you are only a sperm donor.

Yes, I peed on a pregnancy test one time. If it changed colors, I would be pregnant...My stick turned yellow. I lost my baby though....A few days later, I crapped it out. I don't want to be in that situation again.

lol...why do you want to get pregnant, holding a big, protruding stomach for 9 moths? It's hard and inconvenient to imagine. That's why motherhood is so remarkable. Nonetheless, you crack me up, man.

Not. Its impossible. In order to be pregnant you must have a uterus (which men do not have) for a fertilized egg to implant itself to and to grow. Men do not have vagina's so there is no way for the baby to come out. It is anatomically impossible.
