why can't i change my HOME PAGE ? It is on Yahoo right now and it won't change to another HOME PAGE.?

Did you set your default home page to another site within your browser? If you are using IE, take a look at tools>internet options>general tab.

U might be using a Virus Scanner which is protecting the homepage. Just disable the option.
