For a girl - "Mami." (It can be offensive sometimes depending on how it's used though). You can say guapo/guapa but that's just literally means "good-looking". I'm not sure if there's a word for hottie for a guy.

You can use "estar bueno" - to be good[looking], but it isn't as common. For example: He's really hot/fine - "Él está muy bueno" or "Él está buenísimo" (The "isimo" at the end means "very" you don't need "muy" in the sentence then unless you really want to clarify that he's really really hot.)

***And by the way, definately don't use "caliente"!! In the context of talking about a boy or girl, it means "horny"! It only means "hot" when talking about measurable temperature (like food or drinks)!! Just so you know!

Buenísima!

"That girl is a hottie" could translate to "Esa chica está buenísima."

The Spanish work for hot is 'caliente'. I think I spelled that right. But it doesn't look right. Oh well.
