I found an e-mail he sent to a girl, talking about how our sex life is not so good and he would do kinky things to her if he could. I'm just so confused...how can I tell if this is somthing he would act on or if he is just playing around on the computer? I never thought of him as a cheater, we have been together for over 4 years! what do I do? please help!

Sounds to me like he is either already cheating or about to be. let him go. He is not oemone you want to enter into marriage with especially if he is already being shday like this.

It really doesn't matter if he is cheating or not. He is not respecting you. He is talking about personal matters to someone who is totally inappropriate. If he were truly serious about your relationship, he would have told you what he needed sexually. He is not shy about the matter because he is talking to someone else. If he is talking to someone like that, he has already cheated in his heart.
You have some choices. Call him on it. Tell him what you saw. Ask him point blank if he has cheated. If so, blood tests need to be taken. He has exposed you to unknown dangers. Definitely not a loving act. If he is just unsatisfied, then this is something the two of you can work on together. Get some books, talk about fantasies and try some kinky stuff.
Or, you can tell him what you saw and tell him how awful it made you feel and say adios.
Either way he should know that you are hurt and that this is unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated in the future.

Ask him. It sounds like he has not done it yet. Tell him to quit the flirting because is a not good for a relationship.

Then consider going to counseling. Obviously he is not happy and BOTH of you are certainly to blame.

Good luck!

ps -- If he gets angry when you ask him then that is a sure sign that he is cheating and you should get rid of him. People who are guilty often use anger to throw the other person off balance.

That sounds awful. Even if he was just "playing around" he should not be writing to another girl - and talking about that. I feel for you - he is going to cheat; he is definitely thinking about it. Confront him but know that this relationship will probably end.

He may be just trying. In any case if that is on his mind is better to start fighting back, talk and explain things and try to work things out, is never too late. Depending in your relation you can make things better, work out those sexy moves and do the things you used to do when you met. Good luck!

if he'd type it he'd do it. To even think about cheating is to admit that you would do it.
