I use the term "smurfy" to describe things that are good to wonderful. Comes from the cartoon, The Smurfs. I have a white beard, a kind of Pappa Smurf effect.
"Fine as frog hair" is something I do say quite a bit when people ask me how I am doing. I think that is an old Texas expression. Does take the folks in California off guard. Being bald helps in using this expression.
I have been told that I use the phrase "and that..." as a filler. I was completely unaware of it until this year. Disturbing to have a phrase and that and never catch it. Whoops, just did!
I pronounce the state in which I was born Mizzourah. It is spelled Missouri. Folks from there say Mizzourah. Kind of a shibboleth, you can tell where you are from by how you pronounce it.
I like and use the word "tump." It means to turn over, usually with disasterous consequences, as it, "Sit down, JR, you are gonna tump over that canoe!" I think the word is another one from Texas.
That's probably enough of my secrets.

I'm not really sure how to describe my words and expressions, Moon. LOL. I get excited very easily by simple things (a beautiful song, pretty sunset, cute animal, etc). When I see something that excites me, I often suck in my breath and let out a let out kind of an "ohhhhhh" or "awwwwww" sound. Does that make any sense?? :) I get very animated when I'm excited as well (so I've been told), so will have the expression of excitement (raised eyebrows, big eyes, and a big smile on my face).
Aside from the above, I'm not really sure what other words and expressions I most often use. If I think of more, I will add to this later. :)

Let's see, when I'm "geeked" or excited about something, I say "Woot!" It's just more fun that "yay" or "whee!"
When I don't understand something, or someone does something stupid (like when I'm driving and someone cuts me off) I say "Who does that?"
I use "brilliant!" for a variety of things, such as instead of "good idea!" or "that's really cool!"
If I get along with someone really well we "grokk" That's from Heinlein's book Stranger in a Strange Land.
If I eat too much and think I'm going to either die or fall asleep, I've gone into a "food coma."
That's all I can think of right now....

I actually like to use a serious of different monosyllables like puff or charm to ease tension moments or to be playful
I used to clap and sound like a seal when happy but i stopped because many of my friends felt offended and didn´t understand the sign
anyway if you want a moto "I´m so shallow I look deep" would be one of my favorites

my young daughter used to sing a silly song about a yodeling ostrich. It's one of those interactive campfire songs. while singing this song you incorporate the names of friends, family, campers....whoever and their "catch phrase".
When I became part of that song, I was identified by, "I'd rather you not." Which was my standard answer at the time if my children asked to do something I didn't want them to.
These silly girls sang about their friends, families, enemies, teachers...they ran around singing the song and adding people all the while. Funniest thing about it was that the catch phrases really fit those they were singing about.

Look just like me? I'm not sure what you mean by that. But I say "dude" and "man" ALL the time. About every sentence has a "dude" or a "man" in there. I say that when I'm talking to my Mom, she hates it.
