The Waiting list was filled out by the origional applicants...

How am I Hypocritical? Why are you prejudice? If you dont like me noticing racists maybe you are racist to? I dont know. I made guesses based on facts.

Sounds like a job was posted (or maybe college applications) and some people applied for it, but then the job may have been reposted and more people applied for it. Now there is a waiting list for the job (or getting into the college) and the first group of people who applied are on the waiting list, while the second group of people are not.

That the waiting list (for whatever) is comprised of only those people who originally applied for whatever job etc. If there are second rounds of time the company took applications then these won't be considered.

The people on the list were the people who originally applied...Hope that helps :)
