Exercise and eat a little less. Doesn't mean that you have to starve yourself, just instead of having 2 sandwiches, have one and over time you'll see the difference. It takes time to lose weight and keep it off. If you do it the unhealthy way ie puking, you'll lose the weight, but you'll gain it all back, double that.
