Make a point of being spontaneous right now before the baby gets here and you have to plan your sex life around and baby. When I was pregnant with my first I reserved a hotel room, sent flowers to my husband's work with the hotel key in the card envelope with a note to meet me with the room number. I spent the afternoon at the hotel pampering myself, soaking in the tub, painting nails, taking a nap, etc... He arrived after work to find a note directing him to a bath I had drawn for him and I met him there with a glass of his favorite beer, ice cold, dressed in nothing but a bow, like a present. Needless to say he didn't finish his bath alone. This is a special memory that we have as a couple during my pregnancy that was just for us and not only about the baby. This was just the kick start we needed. Good luck enjoy your new baby, (as well as the new daddy!!)

First-You would have to feel that you are sexy and own it!You are pregnant and in the rarest and purest form of beauty,you just have to embrace it.Once you do that you can add on lingerie,candlelight, etc... As far as sex is concerned,the baby wont be injured or "poked" like most couples fear. The only concern is if you have been diagnosed with preterm labor or weak cervix.Otherwise you are good to go! Your pregnant so you already know what it takes, to have a memorable evening lol!!!! Good Luck

for me sex was way better when i was pregnant i felt sexy and that helped me over look the big bump in front !! no pun intended touch and intimacy was a lot of it when i was pregnant not just the sexual aspect of it
not to be too graphic but when i got too big to go missionary my doc suggested leaning over the back of the couch it offers better support of your tummy and its different just try to change things up often good luck with the pregnancy
