The purpose of a lower back tattoo for most women is to make them feel extra sexy(because they should already know they are sexy). To me if you have a sexy figure or are happy with your figure the lower back ta too enhances your confidence and self esteem when the women wears a nice outfit to show off the tattoo

the same purpose of any tattoo on anyone. they wanted it. lots of woman get them on their backs tho because they wont stretch too much, like say if they got them on their boob or stomach and then got pregant (icky tattoo afterwards).
why do most guys get them on their bicept? cause they want to.

yea there cute....and i think getting it on your lower back is a good area for girls.....we can hide it when we don't want it to be shown

Mine was to hide it from my parents lol. My husband thinks it is a hot place to have one when we..... um..... well you know.
