how should i measure my arms to learn how long the sleeves of my new suit should be?

I bought a suit and it fits great everywhere but the sleeves are a little long. I just want to make sure the tailor gets it right....

the problem is that i am not sure about the quality of the tailor...so i want to have an idea of how they should be doing it...thanks!

Tell the tailor to measure you with measuring tape first.
