Boston spent billions building a tunnel and it's falling down and kiling peope. What's up with that? Whose fault is it???

i think the people at fault are the american people well the people who live in boston if people paid more attention to the politics and elected people who are doing what is right for their state then this would never have happened. stiffer punishments need to be taken against politicians who do not do their jobs correctly. it already costed boton billions of dollars to build it now look how many tax dollars it is going to take to fix it and why, because people do not take an interest where they live.

It looks like it will be the fault of the contractor that did the work. That being said the union labor they HAVE to use will make it difficult for the contractor to make profit without cheating on materials. Unfortunately the contractor should bid the job correctly so as to use the proper materials needed to complete the job properly. If it cannot it should pass on the bid.
