Because, personally I feel more femine when I look like done. I'm not saying I don't ever go w/o, but even then I still put on gloss and mascara. I hardly ever use foundation though. I have flawless skin, and I like to show it off naturally. But, its nice to make your eye more dramatic, esp at night or an event. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be a lady.

It is supposed to be used to accentuate,however many women wear far too much when they are pretty all on their own.I feel make-up becomes habit forming lol.For people like Oprah it is a necessity however! I prefer lip gloss and a bit of mascara.

i think people put make up on becaue as their getting older it starts showing in their skin or sometimes it's to hide a scar or something they don't want someone to see.

we put makeup on because we feel insecure about ourselves. if we don't see something on face anymore than we feel better.
i go days without wearing it and i feel better. because if they don't like me for what i truley look like than they can move on.
*half the time my boyfriend doesn't even know i don't have any one*

i think its because they want to dress up there face. its like putting on nail polish ..you do it to dress up your hand.
