stress or worrying can delay it so take a hot bath chill out relax and it will arrive when its ready. but if your impatient like me, chuck your fav tune in your stereo turn it up and dance around your room...exercising helps bring it on!

I wouldn't really panic. A lot of girls are irregular. It's not exactly a good thing, but it's not horrible. It is better to see a doctor to make sure that nothing really is wrong.
It could just be a hormonal imbalance. Being young, it may take your body some time to regulate itself also.
Since I got mine so young, at 10 years old, I've been irregular my whole life (I'm 22 now).
The best thing to do is to tell your mom so she can take you to a doctor. If you're not comfortable talking to your mom (I know I wasn't) find someone else you trust and can talk to about these things.
You'll be ok :)

it takes a while when you first start for it to be regular. Mine was 31-36 days apart usually when i was a teen-ager. It tends to get more regular after about 10 years of having it. Then when menopause hits it gets irregular again. Don't worry too much.
Lots of people have irregular periods.

its ok, you can be irregular. sometimes it can take a while for you to get a normal cycle going. give it another 2 weeks or so. if it doesnt happen, then go see a doctor just to make sure its not something else. i had to be put on birthcontrol because mine would start, go for a month straight, stop for about a week, go for 3 months straight, not get it for about 3 months. it was horrible.

It is perfectly normal to be several days off, but by stressing you are most likely going to make it come even later.

usually in the beginning your period is a bit irregular, so its perfectly normal. after about a year or so, it should come regularly. also, if you're stressed out or losing/gaining weight that could affect it.
