What did you do and do you regret it?

Stupidly, yes I did. I am still ashamed of it, even years later. It was with a coworker. I loved my spouse deeply and never had the urge or thought to cheat, until this coworker came along. He said all the right things, and pointed out what was missing and wrong in my marriage. I felt such overwhelming guilt, I wanted to confess, but was convinced not to. Just about the time I got adjusted to the cheating, it was over. In the end, it was he who ended it because of the guilt he felt. I am still mad at myself for letting someone talk me out of my marriage vows.

Yes, I am still doing it. Sometimes I regret it, but I found something that I never had before and I don't regret that.

2 my 1st husband & i never regreted it, not 4 a min. untill i got caught. he was a jackass & deserved it. this time around-no & not planning on it!

i didn't cheat but he did and now he regrets it because I'm not with him and i 'm living my life.
