Yves St Laurent or Lancome are definitely the best brands for mascara and Stila and Trish Mcevoy both make a cream eyeliner that you put on with a brush. They cost a little more but they are definitely worth it.

MAC Pro Lash is my favorite mascara, and I've tried a lot of them over the years. Almay has a good liquid eyeliner as does MAC. For pencil I would stick with MAC but have had good luck with Rimmel, also.

Dior Show mascara is the best mascara i've ever used. By far. I like Sephora's liquid liner. Also, Mac's liquid liner is great too! Liquid, although harder to apply, is much less likely to smear :)

MAC has great mascara. As for eyeliner, I use an angled brush, dip it in water and then I use whatever brown (or any color) eyeshadow that I have as if it is paint. It stays on really well.

mascara that is good is MAC or NYX they are both from the same company..however NYX is the cheaper version of MAC.... as for eyeliner as women in the 2000 era we no longer use liquid we use pencils and for BEST results we don't use the ones we have to sharpen we use the ones that wind up

Revlon and Avon Mascara doesn't clump. and jordana eyeliner is good. DONT but any maybeline mascara it it really bad i used to have maybeline.
