There is a fantastic website at www.burritoeater.com. These guys have visited every tacqueria in San Francisco (many more than once) and rate their burritos.

I usually get the Chicken Mole, but Balazzo in the Haight is pretty good. I've not been to Yuca's, though I understand the Carne Assada thing, there was a hole in the wall in Phoenix that made the best. Good Luck in your search.

Pancho VIlla is great and a landmark by now, no doubt. I moved from San Francisco more than 10 years ago now and I still think about the burritos at Puerto Alegra (between 16th and 17th on Valencia if still there), yum! Also, if Azteca is still there (Church between Market and 16th), they make a great black bean, tofu burrito. Also, they're right across the street from amazing grace, which kicks @ss too. There's too many great places to mention I think in SF.
