Put spoons in the freezer then put them over your eyes. Also, you can put a dab of preparation H on them, it reduces the bags and helps. I have a gel mask that I use at night and that helps quite a bit for those bags you see in the morning. Sleep is the most important and do not lay in the dark and watch tv...when applying anything around your eyes..use your pinky or the finger next to it....the area around the eyes are the most sensitive and break down faster...just a few hints.

Seek a dermatologist!!!!!!
Bags underneath the eyes are NOT always the sign of not enough sleep!!!!!!
The dermotalogist will analyze your skin and if necessary take blood tests.
Without actually myself seeing what your bags look like, I am gonna guess the dermotlogist will prescribe a cream that you can place on your bags that will reduce the blackness or fade the image of the bags.
But please seek professional help. A DERMOTOLOGST
