I would replace oil with a rechargeable cleaner energy. The reason is:
Eliminating the need for oil eliminates numerous other problems, financing for terrorism, by taking money out of the middle east. pollution, the alternative would need to be environmentaly friendly, high fuel prices, because as I said rechargeable. It would also help to clean up Washington because the oil companies would no longer be able to bribe all the politicians, because there would be no oil companies.

I am going to pick education as well. I would make it so everyone in the world had at least the educational level a person has after getting a bachelors degree (maybe a B average) of course it would be encouraged to go on and get even more education. That way most of the worlds problems would get solved within a few years. (less crime, new energy ideas that are cleaner, less fighting, and my favorite, no stupid people).

Uniform medical treatment to all humans. In many countries animals are treated with the highest medical care. In some countries , people met with accidents are not being helped to be taken to hospitals, as they may not be admitted.
In coutries like India, politicians receive the highest forms of medical care but not ordinary citizens.
Hence the world 's citizens should receive quality uniform medical care , is my pick

Jealousy: all of the world problems come from jealousy. I would eliminate it if I could. All the countries and people that hate the U.S. do so because they are jealous. They will hate us until they are richer, more powerful, have better employment, a better economy, are better looking... whatever. They are the Jan Brady's of the world and we are Marsha.

I would create a task force to locate all the missing socks. There must be a huge pile of mis-matched socks somewhere in the world.
