My sister couldn't take any of the prenatal vitamins as they made her very sick. Her OB/GYN put her on Flintstones vitamins and everything turned out just fine. I would double check with my doctor but I know she took them.

try looking for a prenatal that does not contain as much iron. To answer your question yes you can. Vitamins are safe for the baby. Just don't take to much.

Yes. My doctor acually told me to take those since the other prenatal vitamins were making me sick. Now that I have hit my second trimester it's not as bad.

Yes they are fine! In fact they have all the same things in them as prenates. My Dr. recomended them for me while I was pg because I had the same problem with the normal vitamins. Good luck with your pregnancy and congrats!

my doctor and the nurse who taught my childbirth classes both said to take flintstones vitamins if we didn't want or couldn't afford pre-natal vitamins. ask your doctor to be sure, but i took them my whole pregnancy, and my daughter is the picture of health. good luck and congrats!!!

ur suppose to be takn prescription prenatal vitamins that ur doctor assigns to u, not over the counter stuff. based on ur history and not being able to find a vitamin dat doesnt mak u sick, thats how the doctor will know what to prescribe for u. over the counter vitamins dont have the proper amount of minerals to be able to supply the right balance to ur baby and u.

Be sure you are getting the other vitamins you need as a soon to be mother. Either as vitamins or food you eat.

Flintstone vitamens are for children and do not contain the necessary levels of vitamens a pregnant woman needs or iron. Have you tried taking the vitamens on a full stomach? That might help.

well...on the label, it says for children take one a day, and adults take 2 a day...i don't think it will hurt you or baby, but ask your dr just incase...i don't think they have all the vitamins as prenatal vitamins...different ingredients...
