Indeed, the height you want makes all the difference. The basic premise is to divide the height of X by 485' to get 1', since that is your height. The scale would be 485:1 in feet. The length on each side would be 755.5/485 or 1.5577 feet or about 1 foot 6 and 3/4 inches (6.69 inches). You would simply need to make a square base of the 18 inch(one foot and six inches) by 18 inch base, and make the point of the pyramid exactly 12 inches tall.

The height of the Great Pyramid is 146.5m or about 313 ft
Its base is 230m or 756ft per side. There are 4 sides--adding up to almost 13 acres or almost 10 football fields.
To scale it down, your cans would need to cover 3.25 acres for the base and rise to 78.25 ft.
You'll need to get off your can & measure your cans to figure out how many you will need, as you did not specify 12 or 16 oz cans....*burp
