They look like they have a mouth full of yellow, rotting, nasty teeth. I don't get the attraction. My brother and his wife have matching gold teeth. When they take pictures they look like they have a mouth full of s*#t!

Those are called Dental Braces. They are used to correct the position of the teeth.
