Sagittarius, and you actually are more compatible with Scorpios because they're in polarity with you in the zodiac chart, they're your opposite! However, Sag, and Taurus can be quite compatible with work, and since he was born on a cusp he probably has some Scorpio qualities as well as Sag. Good Luck!
