i dont wanna be negative,but all the doctors i meet say it affects later in your life,eg.in your kidney functioning and child birth,heart problems..ect
but i think lossing weight slowly and gradually with deit and excercise will give you gud results and long term happiness...

Some dite pills are not health, and No i have not tried adios. I have however tried Hydroxycut and it seemed to work for me. If you want to take dite pills then whatever you do dont get them from some add from a paper or T.V. Go to your local GNC and the people ther can help you find one that is right for you. And GNC carries all products that are steriod FREE.

yep. certain deit pills work by prevent your bod from getting any nutrition. so the food you eat, then you poop out. but i'm not sure about adios.
