why would a woman have dicharge from her vagina?

Women have discharge that changes through out the month. It is called cervical mucus. It will go from white and thick, to clear and stretchy and back to white and thick again.

It is normal.

If it is accompanied by pain, urination problems or has a bad odor...call your doctor

Possibly a yeast infection. There are several kind of infections that women get that can cause a discharge. But to be on the safe side I would go see my docter and have it cultered you may need an atibiotic.

mainly, the body is cleaning out itself..perfectly normal
