Yes, war is the great builder and destroyer. It is humanities truest connection to the universal chaos, and if you believe even god. War forces both sides to be at their best at which point vast technological, social and economic gains are achieved. thousands maybe even millions may die in a war, but billions benefit from its aftermath. War is a necessity, and without it the world would not be as advanced to day, sure we are only regaining things which we may have lost in the past, but we are still gaining.

Do we believe that war exists or that war is right? War definitely exists, but war is not right for the sake of itself. Wars are usually fought for other reasons, and whether war is right or not really depends on those reasons.
For instance:
War fought for greed is not right because greed is not right.
War fought for survival is right because survival is the most basic of all human needs. If someone's trying to kill you, you would almost certainly try not to be killed, unless you felt for some reason that you deserved to die.
There's not really a way to say that war is unequivocably right or wrong. It's certainly to be avoided in all circumstances if possible, but it only takes one party to begin a war. Sometimes the other party has to participate just to remain in existence, and that isn't wrong.

well in certain cases yes but in most people should just chill and stop the stupidity
