I haven't had it happen to me but I have done it. I just left my ex and starting dating this other guy. It was like the third time we had "done it" and I called out my ex's name.... OOPS!! I was so embarrassed. He kept going and didn't say anything about it after wards, so I asked him and apologized. He didn't care, but then again we just started dating so no love involved. I would stop if It were the other way around.

I don't know if I could stop but when I did I would ask him about it. Because once I did that....called out someone else's name and try to play it off. But he wasn't offended and we talked about and continue on with our relationship.
