Can I sue or have them all replaced or will I have to keep fixing them along with the holes in the walls and the damaged carpet?

You have some serious riser problems in your condo...if the condo is less than 5 years old, you condo board needs to institute a lawsuit against the builder immediately. If it is older, then the risers fall under the jurisdiciton of the association. The entire riser needs to be replaced now! IF the board does not take action, then you sue the board and it members for repairs. You pay a condo fee, and that is what the fee is for...IF you have carpet damage, then sue for replacement. I would not put up with this kind of treatment for more than 5 minutes. Good luck

You mean pvc pipe? If it is pvc I cannot understand why your having trouble? Do you have excessive water hammer in your pipes?
