You are considered a small frame and right now your weight is quite low. You need to be between 100 and 115. Do not neglect your health and don't fall prey to society's view on weight. The average size of women in America is actually a size 14 and that is NOT fat. Believe in yourself.

I'm 5'4 and weigh 116 and I'm skinny. You may actually be under weight. If you are concerned that you are fat I think you might actually want to talk to someone before you develop an eating disorder or something. You are perfect the way you are.

good general rule is 100 pounds at 5'0 and 5 pounds for every inch after that so if your were 5'4 then 120 you should be around 100 lbs
do the math and you tell me what you think?

The formula for your "ideal" weight is:
((height in inches) - 60) * 5 + 100
Yours would be:
((60 - 60) * 5 + 100 = 100 pounds.
Therefore you are severely underweight and really should get some help.

You're underweight. In a height to weight ratio, a person of your stature should weigh around 120 lbs. But it totally depends on you... if you're comfortable with how you look, then it's perfectly alright. :)

It sounds as though you may be under weight which is just as bad as being heavy. Take care of yourself...eat right...and you may want to see a doctor who will be able to advise you on what steps you need to take in order to gain a few pounds.

stop searching for attention.
and you need to gain weight.
dont lose any weight at all.
and if you still think you are fat [and you arent] then build muscle but still eat right [right means real food and meat or some type of protien]

that is to skinny. really listen to all these people and gain some more weight because you can die being that little. Cause im 5'1 and thick. you at least need to be in the 90's.
