None. According to one semi-religious idea, the exact values of all the laws of physics is what makes it possible for humans to exist at all in this universe. I would be worried that if I changed any one of them I could wipe all humans out of existence!

Time = Money
I would change to...Time^x = Money, where the exponent x is arbitrarily determined by me each day.
Why...should be self-evident...more money/day.
Yes...Yes...I know that's not a law of physics...so I would make it one.

If you changed any law of physics, life as we know it couldn't exist, so don't go changing any, ok?

Gravity. Not that I would get rid of it, but I would alter its properties so that it doesn't cancel out my telekinetic abilities. :-)
