my husband has been having an affair for almost 2 yrs on the job and his company and his supervisors have known about it and done nothing to prevent it or stop it and this has caused my 22 yr marriage to end. I want to know what recourses if any I have against this corporation and the spouse.

You are understandingly upset.
This is not the time to do something stupid.
Firstly, what State are you in?
Most States have no fault divorces, so it makes no difference who is at fault.
Secondly, is it worth saving your marriage.
We all make mistakes in life....talk to your husband calmly to see if it's better to start over together or separate.
It is very unlikely you will get very far against his corporation.
They are not at fault and even if they turned a blind eye to the affair, you have little chance of any recourse.
Your attention should be focussed on your husband.
He strayed, there will be reasons for it.
He may be remorseful and reconcillation might be your best option.
That's up to you.

First of all you need to put blame where blame is due your husband is the only person that you should be upset with he is the only one that stood up at the alter and said those vows. You can't sue a corp. for an affair. You can sue a corp. for any wrong doing to you but the corp was not cheating with your husband another employee was and they are not accountable for anything that happens outside of the work place and there is no proof that it happened on the job. Analyze the marriage to see what went wrong don't make the same mistake twice, leave him and move on to better people. You don't need a looser.

Do you honestly think you have the right to sue a company over something like that? Time to wake... I guess, taking a step back and realizing that something was wrong in your marriage would be just the thing. Just the thought that you are debating to sue the employer... ;-) You would have sued them if they would have fired him just for that reason, or not?!

I don't know about sueing the corporation, if you are allowed, I say do it! On the other hand, the cheating spouse is liable and I think you should make him pay you for spousal support.
