i totally agree with you there but let me further it by asking what is wrong with the american people for supporting israel? do you think that israel would be where it is today if the british and americans did not fund them? of corse not. the americans and british people continue to support these terrorist with blind ignorance. the fact that americans want to cry terrorism for israel amazes me. to the american people it is alright that they have tortured palestinians now for 60 years, killed people in numerous nations, bombed many countries believe it or not they even bombed tunisia, ran over a christian american girl who was standing up for a palestinian family to not get their house bull dozed and the american people are still behind them. so in the end you have to look at your fellow country men and women who sit and watch while innocent blood is being shed. all this is on the hands of the supporters of israel

Im always nervous answering questions about Isreal because usually you get called anti jew etc. etc. Isreal was not even on the map until the UN put it there with our help. What irks me is the way the Muslims have been treated ever since. They cannot own property, yet must pay taxes, individual rights are non-existent..hmm kinda reminds me of my history lessons on why the United States went to war for Independence!?! There is no easy answer to solving a 1000 year war. But it seems to me that everytime the UN/US gets involved things get worse. All of this fighting started over a piece of land that had been holy LONG before Christanity, whatever God you believe in if you seriously think he wants all this bloodshed over a tract of land, there is no end to this bloodshed. And the US needs to stop backing one side 100 percent.

In the early part of the 20th C., Jews migrated to the US and Western Europe to escape the bigotry, discrimination and race hatred (i.e., pogroms) they suffered in Europe and Russia. As the years went by and Jews came to live prosperously in their new environs, they hoped life for Jews worldwide would improve. They didn't. Fast forward to WWII and the holocaust. Once Jews realized that race hatred was still alive and festering, creating a Jewish State became a priority. However, the decision to create the State of Israel in territory occupied by Palestinians, plus treating the indigenous people with contempt and racism fueled hatred between the two groups. You can't move into someone else's homeland, discriminate against them, and expect peace and harmony. What Jews experienced over the centuries, is in some ways the same treatment they are inflicting on Palestineans. Can't discriminate against people who dress differently, eat differently and worship differently from you and expect love and respect in return. Can't look down on someone who hasn't had your educational and vocational opportunities and expect that person to love you when your expectations are that they are only worthy to clean your toilets, plant and harvest your foods, and sweep your streeets. If Black Americans had responded to racism and diminished opportunities in America by bombing every establishment filled with whites, the progress of race relations in this country would not have happened. People like me would not have sought educational opportunity at prestigious all white universities. Are Blacks happy in America? Not entirely. We still experience racism and injustice but we don't 'kill whitey' because of it. We use the courts, the legislature, the media and social activism to push our issues to the forefront. We make our needs and expectations clear, and work with our neighbors and supporters to get laws passed that favor successful living for us.
In a nutshell, Jews must make major reparations to the people who's land they "usurped". Palestineans and Arabs must sit down at the peace table and work out a deal that gives Palestineans back their respect, as well as creates homes, jobs, and builds their economy in exchange for accepting that Israel is here to stay. Until the Hatfields and the McCoys arbitrate concessions that both sides can live with -- and that does not include moving the Jews out of Israel -- then the problems will continue. At some point laws have to be enacted that enable Arabs to live in Israel with dignity and Jews to live there without fear.

Israel wants the soldiers taken set free. I think it has been a war in the making for sometime and any reason just set them off to start it up. The Bible has talked about this and WW3 is imminent if not already here.

They are protecting and defending their country....The question should be what is wrong with the militants in Lebanon? I hate war, but sometime is just is a fact of life....you can't do nothing when your freedoms and way of life are being threatened.

It is pretty unfair and no one says anything as long as they are bombing Arabs. Sad and definitely not right. It's as if Israelis' life has more value than others'.
