It depends on what kind of disorder it is. If it's sleep apnea you can wear a nighttime breathing device, or get surgery to correct it. If it's sleepwalking, there is no cure, only prevention from accidents the person could get into while sleepwalking, possibly taking antidepressants can help. Insomnia, you can do some things to try to lessen that.

For insomnia all you do is go to your doctor, they might make u take a sleep test, but in the end if that is in fact what you have you'll get pills that should help you sleep and establish a normal sleep pattern.
