There's a number of diseases that list "yellow stool" as a symptom. They almost all relate to either the liver or the gall bladder. If you are talking about truly yellow stool and not pale brown, I'd encourage you to get evaluated by a doctor,

because you need to eat more potatoes green veg and breakfast cereals are you feelin tired too my bet is you may even suffer from a bit of aneamia try iron supplements if nothin else they will make your poo turn almost black

your eating too much refind products like pop tarts ect, you need more iron in your diet try having a steak fo dinner and see what happens
