Quit drinking regular soft drinks. Only drink diet. Try to limit them. Drink lots of water. I make a soy smoothie every morning for my breakfast. But dry toast and fruit is good. So are egg whites. Lunch I usually eat a lean cuisine... They are really good and filling, I sometimes have that for dinner as well... If I am hungry during the day I eat low calorie snacks or a piece of fruit. For dinner I really eat anything, except I practice portion control. If you want a dessert, then I would get something low fat/low calories... Stop eating fast food... Try weight watchers, go to a few meetings and then you will know what to do so you will not need to continue to go to the meetings... It is the best diet you can ever go on... They also have great recipes!! I hope this helps!

Every body is different, but here is what I am doing because I gained 30 pounds last year (gross, I know, but I have dropped half of it so far.) For breakfast, I make that carnation instant breakfast with skim milk (it's like slimfast)
For lunch, I have a salad and half a sandwich or something else light like that. For dinner, whatever I want, but half the portion of what I normally would eat when I was fat. 2 snacks a day, some kind of fruit or vegetable or like a handful of sunflower seeds. Also, 64 oz of water every day and only one soda(because I am addicted to mountain dew and couldn't give it up entirely)
But no matter what diet you do, you still have to exercise, because that is the only way to lose weight.

Breakfast - eat healthy cereal, such as kelloggs or wheat cereal
Lunch - pasta, or noodles with vegetables. don't add cheese because that only makes it worse
Snack - Drink a smoothie..very refreshing and healthy
Dinner - eat soups and salads. don't eat too heavily, and don't eat meats because they take 18 hours to fully digest.

well you could eat special k everymorning(special k is a cereal)
for lunch im not sure but to eat a healthy dinner you need one half veggies and stuff like salad 1 fourth protien like fish or meat, and 1 fourth carbs like pasta.

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair
