Need old movie title, maybe from the 70s?

Movie was about older kids living in a couples home & the couple punishs a girl by burning her with a curling iron & than they put put the kids in a freezer. The couple dies at the end as they are forced in the freezer.

Sounds a little like the Hansel & Gretel story told on ABC inthe 70's....
