If you are dehydrated, your body will start to hold on to (retain) water and that causes swelling. Start drinking water (not pop or gatorade or anything--just water). If you get 48-64 oz. of water in and you're still swelling, then maybe make an appointment to go to the doctor to have it checked out. For me, drinking water has always helped when my rings get tight from swelling. Best of luck!

Sounds like water retention to me too. This time of year my hands do the same thing if I don't drink enough water. Make sure you lay off the salt and drink plenty of water. Hope that helps!!

maybe it´s angioedema, you have to go to a doctor near you, sometimes it ends in the hands some others it compromises the airway, tratment with esteroids may help but you have to visit your doctor for a exact diagnosis

Maybe your ring is too tight, well, no, that doesn't fit.
Hmmm . . . I would call your doctor, or maybe you are eating something you are mildly allergic to.
Hope that helped.
