I started a new vitamin regemin today, and I think it is making me feel ill. I took one Centrum One A Day Weight Smart vitamin and one Omega 3 Fish Oil capsul. I have taken the weight smart vitamins before with no problem, but for some reason, I'm starting to feel a little dizzy and nausous. Could it be the Omega 3 pill? If so, will these symtoms continue, or do I need to stop taking them?

I took them with breakfast, so I don't think that's the problem. I've eaten normally since then as well.

I bought those omega 3 pills and they made both my husband and I both sick... the pharmacy said it would pass in about a week but I didn't want to wait that long... yuck...

I tried to find a site that might give you more information about Omega 3 pills. I had no luck.

I do know that if you take vitamins on an empty stomach that can make you feel nauseous.

I take 'Nature Made' brand 'odorless' Fish Oil Capsules w/Omega 3. I take (2) 1,200 mg. capsules in AM & (2) 1,200 mg capsules in the evening - to help regulate my cholesterol/triglycerides. I buy the ones that 'controls fish burps' - (you don't taste it later.)
