That is somewhat of a moot thought, don't you think.

Better in what respects?

If you are speaking simply in enviromental terms, then yes I would agree. But there are many aspects that make up the world, so which one(s) are you speaking of.

Better or worse is a human concept. To ask if it would be better without the human race, well I 'd say no. it would just be what it is.
