I want to make a schedule of my friends class schedules on one document?

I want to consolidate all of my friends college class schedules into one document so that everyone can know who is where
What is the easiest and best way to do that?

Create and Excel spread sheet, Use the times for the columns and people for the row... then fill in accordingly

Use microsoft word or excel.
Design the following columns:
1. Friend's name
2. Class a(should be the subject name of the class)
3. Class b
4. Class c

in the friends column there should be the names of the friends. And in the class columns there should be the time.
This way you can easily track your friends.
To further assist you, i can also design and send you this form! Should i?

Excel. Names in the left column. Times in cells across the top. Fill in the chart with classes that correspond to the names and times.

try using microsoft execl...it is the easiest program to make schedules......u can also add some filters which wil make more easier....
