Getting married in Sri Lanka end of year & mum needs access to my £ to pay for services. Will the bank question why my card is being used in Sri Lanka regularly, when I am working in the UK ? Any other way please ?

Goodluck .. me and my wife use fastcash service
it is call C E C fast cash Transfer hotline is 020-8886-4488 I think it is safer . money can go into a bank account or as a pay off.
they also do a fast trasfer within 48hrs sofar I had no problems.

Go and have a chat with Nationwide.
I would have thought that for your mum to use your card, she will have to be a joint account holder. Even theat may not work as she is in foreign country.
Best advice: Ask nationwide.

if there is an ATM there should not be a problem and there are funds available. You know banks I doubt they would query it....as long as your partner knows and consents to your mum's access to the account though.

Yes you can as long as you can withdraw from it overseas, check that it has the cirrus symble to use overseas, but do not put the pin number with the card in case it gets lost. I would send it recorded delivery as it's safer. Good luck with your wedding!

So long as your mum has access to a ATM I can't see why not your partner knows of this I hope.

Wouldn't advise to post your card anywhere!!!
The bank will charge for exchanging anyway so you might as well either transfer to your mums bank account if she has one or
use Western Union.
