It drives me nuts! They have two doors, use them both! Why do I have to pull or push on one only to waist my time and effort because one is locked! You want me as a customer, unlock both doors! I'll walk away right now!!!!

When you have 2 doors like that with no post in between you get a lot of accidents! Much less so if you keep on door locked.
